“Lovely old fashioned dog friendly hotel, ideally located for the North Norfolk coast. Proper key for the room door, nice kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine. ”

“Check-in nice and easy. Bed and pillows super comfy. It was like lying on a cloud and being swallowed up! Great selection for food. We had lunch and went with the fish n' chips. Light batter and non greasy and tasted delicious! Great portions! Also had breakfast and again good selection. Service was excellent! Lovely location off the green and a 2min walk to the sea front with lovely shops in between! Stayed here before and would recommended to anyone to stay here!”

“The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wroxham. The location is unbeatable, right on the river, and the warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for our visit. The food was excellent, and the chef went out of their way to cater for my wife’s dairy-free needs. Wendy, the owner, was charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Contrary to another review we’d read, we found the wine and drinks list reasonably priced for such a prime spot. The attention to detail in the interior design...
